Eric is the Co-Founder of ENI Engineering and Logistics Ltd with long standing years of practical experience in managing and coordinating projects. He is also highly skilled Quantity Surveyor and Project Coordinator with extensive experience in managing Construction projects costs and financial aspects. Proven track record of delivering projects on time, within budget and to the required quality standards. Strong background in cost estimation, budgeting, contract administration and risk management. Some key commercial landmark project undertaking includes MTN House, First Atlantic Bank office at Osu and SU Towers-Accra as well as numerous residential buildings across Ghana.

Ishmael is the Co-Founder of ENI Engineering and Logistics Ltd. He is a qualified Building Technologist and experienced Facility Manager with over 12 years proven track record in consulting, project finance, advisory services and construction project management in commercial buildings, residential and Banking sectors within the domestic markets. Ishmael successfully managed several construction projects in Ghana for Kings Realty Limited and Absa Ghana Ltd. He has experience of working closely with Consultant, Architects and Engineers.
